Dismissing the ‘glass top table’ aka the ‘new’ 3D Dock: defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES; killall Dock Or, for the Terminal.app impaired, you can use 2DorNot2D to switch back and forth. The thing that gets me– is that the 2D Dock actually looks like some thought went into it. ‘Hidden’ apps actually dim and the contrast of the LEDs for ‘activated’ apps actually does look...
